The high-capacity network hardware, redundant power (UPS and generator), redundant climate control and physical security required for hosting are all provided by TelcoBT. Options are available per rack unit, half cabinet or full cabinet, with redundant power feeds and dedicated VLAN configuration to suit your needs.

How does pricing work?
You are billed monthly on the resources you consume. Capacity can be increased or reduced during the month, and the unit price stays fixed for the term of your commitment.
How long does migration take?
It depends on the size of the environment. For a typical mid-sized organisation, assessment, planning and migration takes two to six weeks. Cutover is usually scheduled for a weekend or outside business hours.
What happens to my data if I terminate?
A full copy of your data is delivered in the agreed format. It is then destroyed from our systems through a defined and reportable process.
