Where exactly is my data held?
All data is held in our data centres within Türkiye. No data is transferred abroad.
How long does migrating my existing servers take?
It depends on the size of the environment. For a typical mid-sized organisation, assessment, planning and migration usually takes between two and six weeks. Cutover is normally scheduled for a weekend or outside business hours.
How long is the contract?
Our standard contracts run for 12 months. Project-based and shorter arrangements can also be agreed.
How does pricing work?
You are billed monthly on the resources you consume — CPU, memory, storage and backup capacity. Capacity can be increased or reduced.
Can I bring my own licences?
Yes. If your licensing model permits it you can transfer existing licences; alternatively we can include licensing in the service.
If I leave, how do I get my data back?
On contract termination a full copy of your data is delivered in the agreed format, after which it is destroyed from our systems through a defined process.
