Data in Türkiye, responsibilities clearly divided
Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and sector regulation have made where and how data is stored a directly auditable matter for many organisations.
Data residency. All TelcoBulut services are delivered from data centres inside Türkiye. Your data is not transferred abroad.
Division of responsibility. Our service agreements explicitly define data controller and data processor roles; which layer belongs to whom is never left ambiguous.
Logging and retention. Log collection, timestamping and archiving solutions are available for Law No. 5651 and sector-specific retention obligations.
Deletion and destruction. When a service ends, data destruction is carried out as a defined and reportable process.
